post #1 of 7

Hi, whenever I play darksouls on Pc and Warthunder the mouse lags and stutters as I move and is lowering my framerate every time it moves, but if i stop moving the mouse it's smooth as silk.
Here's the kicker, both games played fine before but for some reason it started stuttering and I can't find a fix. please respond it's driving me crazy.

Depending on the type of graphics card you are using try to install one of the following;

Nvidia Inspector;
http://www.techspot.com/downloads/5077-nvidia-inspector.html

RadeonPRO
http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/radeonpro_rc1_download.html

Input lag is usually caused by V-sync, where the refresh rate is slower than the capability of the card.
Solution is to use one of these programs and select a frame rate limiter 2 FPS below the refresh rate allowing the program not to be hung out for post processing trying to work the D3D driver with the software driver.

thanx for the fast input, I don't know why this would be a problem now considering it was working fine the day before but I'll try it, where can you edit the frame rate limiter

I did what you said and lowered the refresh rate a couple frames but that did not work, any other ideas?

Uninstall Rocketdock? Depends what matters to you more if Rocketdock is the problem, gaming or using Rocketdock

I thought about that but I use rocketdock to quick click some other games and programs. Maybe I can set a macro to close/open rocketdock. If I can do that then it would be bearable.
