hiding a cold cathode there would look awesome, see the glow, but not the light....and any of those LED fans would do, just make sure they aren't too loud. You could have one or two in the front as intakes...that would let a little light shine through the fin things too

I dunno if you might like this but i personally have green led fans with blue ccl hidden just to bounce back contrasting background. Or you could go with uv reactive fans to.

You could take your case apart and paint it in a nice lime green, and put a clear purple UV coat over it. Fill it up with black lights and at night time it transforms from green to purple. Also have green 12" cold cathodes throughout the border. Diamond plating in the background to the right side and down below the motherboard would look cool and reflect the lights and colors.

Great idea, coat the 12" cathode in some sort of pattern, and that pattern will reflect onto all your parts

I don't know if you could, but my friend was some how able to fit cold cathodes under his motherboard some how. Looked like it was glowing.

Have a look at the lighting accessories here. The LED acrylic case feet look bad@ss. You could also replace the molex connectors with LED ones.

Also, UV cathodes go a long way in a case. Since they're not really bright, you can keep the case dark and still illuminate certain areas with LEDs and keep a nice low glow all around the case with UV fans and other UV parts (ie. UV sleeving). Check out Spooky's UV pen mod for another cool idea.
