Should fit no problem. thumb.gif

G.Skill's "Sniper" heat shield equipped modules appear to be the same height as the shield used on the "RipJaws X" modules in a side by side comparison but in reality are slightly taller at 42mm vs. 40mm.

Add another 2-3mm for mounts and you have 44-45mm from motherboard to top of RAM.

Phanteks PH-TC14PE is 42mm CPU to bottom fin; add another 7-8mm for CPU above motherboard is 49-50mm bottom fin above motherboard.

The fan hung over several of our board's memory slots so RAM with tall heatspreaders may cause problems. With the fan centered, the maximum DIMM height is 40 mm (there's 52 mm of clearance under the bottom fin).

Link in first post if for RAM

You will need the 44-45mm RAM plus 140mm for fan for a total of 184-185mm side cover clearence.

You make up your own mind. thumb.gif
