If laptops aren't a big deal then why are so many companies pushing so hard towards their laptop line ups? I mean have you seen alienware RAZER and msi lately? They are both pushing hard into the laptop market.

Desktops (especially gaming), are not going anywhere.
this is all true, I agree.
but at the end of the day the market is shifting towards laptops, tablets and smartphones and I hope we see custom build laptops in the same way we see current desktops.
I personally hate seeing desktops being nixed and neglected.
Alienware for example is starting to focus less and less on their desktop line up and is focusing more and more on their mobile line up.
It was a sad sad day to see their Area 51 ALX desktop get nixed, because its just a sign of the times... big high end desktops aren't as popular anymore, smaller more mobile and less invasive setups are becoming more and more prevalent.Edited by FranBunnyFFXII - 6/23/13 at 9:01am
