DC Filter

Thread Starter
I have a gtx 680 classified with the evbot and the hydro copper block. Im at around 1.2 volts and was wondering if filtering the incoming dc source would help the phase cleaning and result in any more clock cycles? Im not much on the exactly how hardware works so im not sure if cleaner would even help with the clock cycles. Any help would be great.

You'd probably have to sigh an NDA (Non-Disclosure agreement) with the card maker to find out enough about the circuitry to know iof further power conditioning would help overclocking.

And to answer your specific question, no, power conditioning, in itself, won't increase clock cycles, though it may (and I suspect would) allow further overclocking.

ya i knew it wouldnt directly impact clock but i figured maybe it would possibly help with the stability of the switching...
