Record Gameplay

So I was wondering if anyone on here knows a decent set up to do game play recording from Xbox ps3 and PC. I know there is a card out there that will let you hook up hdmi in and out and will record for 360, but I do not know what it is 😒. So can anyone tell me what card I would need and some recommended specs for the computer.
