I decided to test for first time a mec keyboard buying a Corsair K90, it was pretty expensive for me since shipping to southamerica was bulky, after test many FPS games and Word writting, i realized is not good for any, maybe for writting since it feel like the old writting machines, but for gamming is so frustraiting, i could'nt find keys in the middle of the battle, i got constanly confused where the keys were, and my fingers get the feeling that can be trapped among deep of the keys and sometimes they kinda did. Movements were even harder than my old (and awfull) TT Sport since i had to put a considerable effort to push keys. I finished returning the same to seller which was expensive for me again. Goin back to my old keyboard feels so confy.
So why do people overestimate them, and feel the glory in their hands once the grab a mec KB, since they don't even work for FPS gamming i preffer membrane keyboard beside mec KB they are all expensive as hell. Any way my respect for ppl that like it, no offense intended, just looking for opinions since i still have to buy a new keyboard.
Some of us find it easier to form proper sentence and paragraph structure on a ANSI or ISO device.
You purchased a cheesy gamer board with a non standardized layout. Should have done your homework. What switches are you using?
(Not trying to sound like an elitist, but you should really learn how to type before criticizing the subtle nuances of the mechanical keyboard.)
