ran valley with shaowplay in the background and I get 50fps on average
without shadowplay 75fps....


that a very noticeable difference

You're running a gpu bench, what do you expect? Play a game, it isn't designed for recording a benchmark...nor is any other recording device out there. You would, never, ever record a bench via any sort of thing based on the PC, defeats the purpose of the bench...

its just its hard to measure performance difference in a game with so many variables

not really - just look at the FPS drop when you start shadowplay vs when you don't.
I have a video on it already.
