Most power for the dollar:
Sager NP8250 or NP8270 (15" and 17" respectfully).
15" or 17" 1080p
i7-4700MQ
GTX 770M
16GB RAM
Many SSD + HDD combos

Another powerful laptop, but looks childish IMO:
Asus G75
17" 1080p
i7-4700MQ
GTX 770M
16GB RAM
Many SSD + HDD combos

Touch screen super-light ultrabook:
Sony VIAO Pro 13
13.3" 1080p touch screen
i7-4500U
256GB SSD
8GB RAM

Bigger more powerful ultrabook:
Asus Zenbook
15" 1080p
i7-3612QM (I would wait until they update to Haswell)
GT 650M
256GB SSD
8GB RAM

Light, thin, and you'll fit in at Starbucks:
Macbook Air
13" 900p
i7-4650U
256GB SSD
8GB RAM

Other options that I personally wouldn't recommend, but I'll still link.
Lenovo X1 Carbon.
Its got great reviews for being light, durable, good looking, and good battery life. But I feel for the price the specs aren't to par.

MSI GT60/GT70 series.
Good power for the money like the Sager, but I've heard MSI has horrible build quality.

Macbook Pro.
I can't imagine spending so much for such a wimpy spec sheet. Apple horribly overcharges (except for the Air).

PS. I don't work for XoticPC or anything, but those guys are really great, and it was just easier finding those laptops on one site.
