Getting past the +549mHz barrier of MSI Afterburner and Precision X

So, after successfully validating a 1634mHz GPU core on my EVGA 680 4GB, I wanted to go for the 2gHz mark. However, neither MSI Afterburner nor EVGA Precision X would allow me to go above a +549mHz GPU Core boost.

How do I get around this to aim for the 2gHz barrier?

Whats voltage and cooling?.....now before you say stock just dont say it.wink.gif

I think most 680 4g are ref. design and unless you transplanted another ass end on the card your clocks are ..how to say it? ....bs rolleyes.gif

If you did mod it then NVI will take you higher.
