I am thinking about upgrading my H100 to this: http://shop.xs-pc.com/xsp/XSPC-RayStorm-750-EX280-V4-Pump-WaterCooling-Kit_39377.html I feel as though this should definitely take my temps down...albeit I still don't know why my H100 isn't doing as good of a job as it should.

Well... what's your room's temperature? Your temperatures would be fine if it's 28 C (84 F) where you are. If that's the case, don't compare what you see with for example someone sitting in an 18 C (64 F) room like myself.

I would probably say anywhere from 75 - 80 F. I am living in NH for the summer and it's very bipolar here haha.

Cooler room = lower temps, so don't bother comparing yours to others unless you have the exact room temp. If you add the difference of a higher room temp, then you can tell if you are getting what should be considered normal.
