RX 360 (60mm) Rad enough for i7 3770k and GTX 780?

Thread Starter
I have an XSPC RX360 kit with a D5 Vario pump and currently have just my i7 3770k underwater (overkill, i know) for now. As i'm seriously looking at the GTX 780 for a GPU to complete my build, I want to know if I can effectively cool the OC'd i7 and an OC'd GTX 780 while keeping temps nice and low. Thanks for any feedback!

And try to place the rad on the coolest place (bottom) or somewhere else, where it doesnt catch the heat
from other components, if possible. Summer can be mean + when playing several hours..
