Help Painting Phanteks PH-F140 Fans

Thread Starter
I'm trying to paint the fans that came with my Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU cooler but I can't seem to find a way to remove the blade. When I remove the stickers on the motor side of the fan, there is no clip to remove, the whole side is covered. I've never taken apart a fan before so this might be a dumb question but any help is appreciated!
