NVIDIA Card Errors- Black Screen And 100% Fan

Thread Starter
Hey guys,
About 6 months ago I built a custom computer for myself. Everything was fine with the computer before June came around and the house began getting hot. At first when the errors would happen I thought i was something overheating, but now I am thinking it is something different. I've read about some problems with Nvidia cards and I'm wondering if it is just a faulty card or if there is something I can do.

Here is some information that has begun to concern me:

Any help would be very appreciated. Also if this is the wrong place i'm very sorry.

I dunno, I think it may be overheating. Can you use some software such as MSI Afterburner or even HWMonitor (made by CPUID) to monitor its temps so that we can know?
