Plasti dip alternative

What alternatives to plasti-dip are there for painting a PC case and PCB?
Plasti dip is far too expensive in my area to use.

Current list of options
1. DiNoc: cheap, but won't go on PCB and isn't actual paint
2. powdercoat: far cheaper than plasti dip but won't go on PCB
3. EBC: A brand new product. no reviews or PC uses though. https://www.facebook.com/evolvedcoatings is their homepage.

I like the look of EBC most, but i'm worried it won't work on PC.
My reasoning for not using normal paint is the amount of prep time and it can chip easily.

Any idea where i can get some orange or violet bed liner? ideally in australia.
How much does bed liner cost?
Would it work on PCB?

Bedliner is a sprayed on plastic of some sort. It SHOULD be ok to spray onto a board, although don't take my word for it directly as it may or may not react negatively with components while in a semi-liquid state at application time. Since it's a plastic coating, it should be non-conductive. Not sure about potential for static electricity buildup though.

Not sure about dealing with mounting hole masking and whatnot. Usually bedliner is applied rather thick so there's more abrasion resistance. I'm sure they could just shoot it lightly. Might cost a bit though since you're looking for a color that not too many people would be using, and it's a very small area compared to what they would normally shoot. It'd be like buying a 5 gallon bucket of house paint to color a small plastic model car.
