Just tried this. Seems to have not done anything in terms of overclocking behaviour. Switched back to 320.49 as I wanted to have the latest betas. This is a shame as I wish I could've gotten more out of this card. Thanks for the help buddy.

Alright well I can't even run past +575MHz for the memory otherwise I get pretty bad artifacting. Even below that I'm noticing it. For the core clock +20MHz is not starting to give me pretty constant crashes... On stock clocks even the card starts to hang and crash. I was just playing ARMA II and my driver crashed to the point where the screen went black for like 20 seconds, recovered, but then the computer just kept stuttering and hanging, so I had to reset it. This is really starting to piss me off because I don't have the money to buy a 770 or 780 and I know that MSI won't do **** about this. I have a feeling that MSI's triple overvoltage thing is part of the problem here.

Alright guys. As far as I know, I've solved the problem. Did a BIOS update with the 80.04.4B.00.47 ROM from TechPowerUp and am now hitting +105MHz on core and +535MHz on the memory.

That's my Heaven 4.0 score fully maxed out now and my GPU-Z. I'd say there was at least a 5-10FPS increase from stock so that's pleasing.

All I'm battling now is power throttling, but at those clocks and voltages, the results are better with a bit of fluctuation then if I had dropped the clocks and voltages.
