7950 is more powerful hardware-wise, that's why it requires less clock.
It certanly is victory for nvidia to price the card same as competition, which uses less transistors then competiton, because they probably can earn more money per unit sold.
But that was not my point.
I was pointing out that cards are similiar in perfomance, not which one is best buy nor which company won.
Since they are similiar in perfomance, if we are to put the cards in only 3 groups - low,mid and high end, both of the cards belong in the same group.
