Didn't notice your CPU until others mention it. I'd wait until you can upgrade both CPU and the GPU. If you're desperate for additional performance, then I'd go for the i3 - it should give you fairly great performance boost. The i3-3220 (or 3225 for HD4000, only 10 bucks but no performance increase) is fairly well priced around the $130 and with a cheap motherboard and memory you might be under the $200 and it would give you much more performance boots than upgrading to the 760 since your current CPU wont be able to fully utilize it. Hell, I even doubt it can fully utilize your 560.

Just got an msi 760 and it barely ramps up under load. It goes from 1000 rpm to 1200rpm. It's a shame that it suffers from coil whine in folding at home though. Gaming performance I don't notice a difference from a 670.
