Can you cancel that?? Its kinda overpriced.. And other stuff is way better.. I have a 9500, and HATE it..

Wow, so they are coming back into stock! Nice! And yes, a lapped Tuniq Tower is a quiet, amazing, and cool choice. Look at these numbers!

To answer your original questions here are my basic answers:
Lapping - Lapping is the process in which you make your HSF (Heatsink Fan) smooth(er) so that it make even contact with the Processor, disipating heat better.
Arctic Silver 5 - Arctic Silver 5 is a thermal paste that takes the heat from your Processor and allows it go to your copper heatsink base, up the heatpipes, to the fin, and the pushed out by the fan which exhausts the heat out to the exhaust fan which sends it out of the case. It drop temps by 2-5C which is nice for something that costs $7.
