360's controller is pretty darn comfortable (and probably my favorite to date). While yes, the right analog stick is in the same general area on the controller as the PS ones are, the big difference is the actual grip of the controller. Even though it's in that location, the grip of the controller still allows that location to be pretty comfortable... On the other hand, the way your hand grips the PS controller makes those analog sticks in a bit of a harder and less comfortable position to play in. The angle your thumb needs to go is different on both due to the way your hand grips/cradles the controller as a whole.
