1.55v is not that much for a 65w cpu doing 4.5Ghz beside you could do the same speed with less voltage say around 1.50v depending on what mobo you use.
Remember this is not intel and just because voltages are that high on amd vs intel doesnt mean you are going to hurt anything.
AMD cpu's are a different architecture then intels so they are able to handle much higher volts and temps.
You cant compare apples to oranges only that fact that they are both fruit/cpu's.
Besides amd cpu's love voltage...
But really in real world use you are no where near using that much power.
I tested this using an power meter that you plug into the wall and personally running my 750K at 4.5Ghz with 1.50v the power meter shows a power draw of only 95w for full load.
Thats running my entire system with a xfx 7850.
I also tried this with my other system running a intel i7 920 socket 1366 and the power draw is damn near double coming in at a whopping 165w.
So really intel may be bending the truth a tad on tdp's..
Either way there's nothing to worry about
