I have the specs in the signature below. I would like to know which is the best out of the cases below, for gaming please ...

1- 1333, 7-7-7-20-1T             --> 19GB/s, 75ns

2- 1866, 9-9-9-24-1T             --> 25GB/s, 65ns

3- 2133, 10-10-10-28-1T        --> 28GB/s, 61ns

2x3GB (the new one is low profile):

4- 1333, 7-7-7-20-2T             --> 18GB/s, 75ns (don't remember the latency exactly)

The reason I can't overclock the 6GB setup, if I do, the computer boots normally after an overlock, say '1600, 8-8-8-24-2T'. After I boot into windows, stress test, ...etc, it's stable. And then if I try to restart the computer, it resets the overclock back to 1333 on its own. It does so every time. I even tried with the low profile stick and another RAM (total 2x2GB), but the result is same.

P.S: I know this has been asked all over the internet a million times. I read about this subject well, I just want an opinion, please.

Thank you.

EDIT 1: also, I've read on Intel's web-site, that this processor has a max of 21GB/s, so does the extra speed matter in this case?

EDIT 2: clean up!

I'm going to stick to the 6GB config, because I haven't noticed much difference in games, just like the sticky in this sub-forum mentioned. If anyone has another advice, please tell me. Thanks.
