Annoying noise coming from my computer

So I have this super annoying noise computer from my computer. I seemed to have pinpointed it down to my CPU fan which is a Silver Arrow SB-E. Every once and a while this noise would keep coming out of nowhere and then stop and then reappear later. I can't find a way to reproduce the problem. I made a video that shows the noise. It sounds kind of squeaky.

May be a bearing in the fan.

Have you tried testing each fan individually? Try just running with one fan to see if you can find out which of them is causing the noise.

I think its the fan in the middle. If so how do I fix this problem. It could also be the motherboard itself except I can't prove this.

Anyone else know what is causing this noise. I think the noise increases under long periods of being under load.

Replace the fans? Sounds like bearing noise. Try running one fan at a time.

I can't say this is coil whine...doesn't sound like it to me.
