New 30" iRUN Korean matte srceen, extremely hot PSU

I got a 30" iRUN from bigclothcraft, it works great out of the box, 1 black pixel about 2" down and right of the top left corner, maybe 1 bright stuck pixel in the lower right, only saw it once though so maybe not.

In the games I tried so far it looks great, except @2560x1600 it seems to exaggerate my 7950 crossfire problems in Hitman, and had stutters in F1 2012 (come on AMD with the drivers already). And BF3 is now broke, but that's another issue to search later. Only tried 1 video so far, the Montreal F1 GP, looks great so far.

Its a shame the matte coating makes things a bit grainy like on white backgrounds or the sky in skyrim, but I hate hate hate reflections far more. So it's a trade off for sure, such is life.

But the PSU for it gets extremely hot, I'm in Canada running 110V, I had it on for 2 hours and checked it, and had to immediately turn it off. I popped it open and the heatsink burned my hand How much hotter was it going to get, I dread to think FIRE FIRE. So now it's running outside of the plastic case, sitting on a steel plate weight. After 15 minutes the largest capacitor and some chokes are 60-65C according to my IR heat-sensor, the heatsink is reading 26C but is actually a lot more to the touch, but it will do for now. Too bad I don't have an easy way to set up a fan on it for now.

The monitor itself is at 40-43C on the screen side, this thing needs a fan, to keep with my cool running rig.

Any suggestions on a power supply ? There is this one on ebay I remember people saying would do- from reading posts of similar heat problems.
