Pending Sector Count Caution, WD Black 2tb 7200RPM

Just heard a warning on my internal 2tb drive and I'm wondering if I should be worried, here's the crystal disk screenshot:

I've done some reading and learned that the Current and Worst columns mean company's given scale of health, highest being the best.

I'm confused about Worst, Threshold, and the Raw Values though...

Worst seems arbitrary, and I don't know how the Current Pending Sector Count could be 200 out of 200 with a warning, so I must not understand it correctly.

I really don't understand Threshold nor the letters in the Raw value column either. I'm just confused and would love some help reading this.

This is a 2tb WD Caviar Black drive I pulled from an external usb 2.0 enclosure.
