Help! windows 7 restarts at loading screen (updated)

Ok guys so i updated my power supply to the rosewill 450w and it still retarts at the windows loading screen i can go into the memory check and it goes for around 21% and stops but the key board num lock still turns on and off so its not frozen. Run memtest86+ to see if it's a memory issue. Download Seatools for DOS to check if it's a hard drive issue. Make sure you run the "long test" on the drive and it will tell you if you have any bad sectors or SMART errors. Both of these are free bootable ISOs you can burn to CD or DVD.

If hardware passes, press f8 as the computer is starting and go to repair your computer. Run a startup repair. If startup repair fails or can not find any issues, then do a system restore. If system restore doesn't work, try another point further back. If it still doesn't work then reinstall windows.

What I said applies to pretty much any hardware although you do want to fill out your rig specs and have it in your signature like everybody does.

Hey guys I was messing around with my system and I got it to work in my bios there was a section that said use data as and it was AHCI and i put it to ide and it worked great!
