New Haswell Build / Need Rec's on MOBO Please :-}

Okay, so I've been ping-ponging about the web today reading reviews and figuring out what I want in my new machine. Some may argue that I'm spending too much money in certain areas and being a tad wasteful -- But last time I built, I went with the "This is the bang for buck option" -- Or the "This makes more sense, cost-wise" way and I wish I'd just built my dream-machine, so to speak.

This time around, I want to not give into that so much. Not saying my current machine is lackluster or anything. Just itching to upgrade.

So far -- This is what I want in it,

CPU - i7 4770K
SSD's - 2 x Samsung 840 PRO's
HDD's - 3 x WD Black 2TB's
PSU - Seasonic 1000W 80PLUS Platinum
COOLING - Corsair H100i
CASE - Silverstone TJ11
RAM - Corsair 16GB Vengeance Pro
GPU - GeForce GTX 690 (Already purchased / in current machine).

Notice there isn't a motherboard? This is where I'm stuck. Thing is, I'm a photographer and therefore tend to chew through HDD's -- I'm wanting to be able to expand at a later date, so I want plenty of room on the board to add extra HDD's down the line, on top of the 3 HDD's I'll be putting in at build and the 2 SSD's. So, that I have to consider. Will it have enough connections?

The rest? I don't care! So long as my front I/O has USB 3.0 (Which it does) And my rear I/O (Or top, I should say, considering the TJ11) -- I want the top panel to have at least 4 USB 3.0's -- So, that is a total of 6 USB 3.0's.

I won't be overclocking, as it'll be air and the H100i. So I don't care about crazy features.

I won't be doing crazy things with my RAM -- Unless someone convinces me of the upsides.

I don't need WiFi on the MOBO.

But I have room to wriggle on suggestions on EVERYTHING. And you know, if something doesn't work together -- Please let me know. Last time I built, I had a friend watching over my shoulder and making sure I did everything the right way. This time around, I'm relying on the good old interwebz to bail me out.

What I'm really wanting to know is what MOBO should I get? I don't like the Sabertooth's armor crap and won't that heat it up a bit? Or is it worth it? I always thought it was a gimmick. And I don't really feel comfortable buying an ASROCK -- I want something that'll last. So, what should I get?!

Price isn't an option -- But in saying that, I want to buy the smart option, also -- I don't see point in buying an ASUS Maximus VI Extreme when I won't use half of the features that the money buys. And all I want from my MOBO is the right amount of speed, peripherals for what I'll be plugging in and of course, for it to work well with everything else going in.

Please help! I'm sick of reading reviews and being confused!

Thank-you in advance for any help!

Thanks BluJae!

Was really hoping for at least 8 SATA ports.

I'm really considering the Maximus VI Hero now -- It seems to have everything I want. Am I missing anything?

Thanks!
