Specs i7-2600k @ 4623Ghz (46x100.5) @ 1.29 volt

Prime with open case max temp 72c on only 1 core the other 3 stays below 67c.

With close case, while gaming max temp 62 c. on the same core that reach 72c, the other 3 cores stay below 55c.
normal use ( web/movies) temps 34c

Atm i have the fans exhausting air from the case, I'll try to turn the fans around and let em sucking air into the case, and use the psu as exhaust.

Be great if someone could create a complete driver pack for the P8Z77-I Deluxe, save us all downloading drivers from various places. If no one wants to I will when i have time, just hoping someone else has or wants to =)

Oooh finally found this thread.

Got a question guys, is there a "best" bios for sandy bridge CPU's for this board (got a 2500k) or is the most up to date the best? I ask because i owned a z77 pro and it DID not like my 2500k for some reason at all, i returned it because my el cheapo biostar gave me a higher overclock (im guessing cause its a p67 board and it recognizes the architecture better).

This is the only z77 itx newegg has in stock (well other than the evga stinger, which im not interested in) and was wondering if you guys have been overall happy with this board, and if you could list any issues this board has had for you.

Updating the BIOS bricked the first one, so this is my second ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe WiDi.

Hey guys! First time builder here and proud to be apart of the club. Everything went really well but I need a little expertise from you guys.

1) With the front connecting USB 3.0 cable, the only way I could really route it was in-between the graphics card board and a tall CPU cooler. Is it ok if the USB cable rubs a little on the VGA board? Just being really cautious.

2) And two, has anyone here dealt with rubber washers to keep a CPU cooler bracket from making contact with the back of the motherboard? All they had at Lowe's were rubber washers, no insulating washers like what came with the cooler. My only concern is the rubber possibly melting a little due to the temperatures in that area...is that even something to be concerned about?

Thank you very much, Derek
