For your gtx 560 295.73 drivers are the best, they have much lower input lag and you can use 0 frames to render ahead which works almost in all games.

I dont understand since when did using no scaling reduce input lag on nvida I didn't notice any

Any time you scale something you have to process it. Therefore you incur added latency. This is why using your native resolution on your monitor is better. Few monitors are good at this process.
