Stuttering while playing league of legends (LoL)

Thread Starter
Before I recorded this video I was getting random freezes while playing the CPU was OC to 4ghz, I decided to move it to STOCK speeds and now nothing is OC and I got this result while playing:

My desktop is the one on my signature.

Which could be the issue why this is stuttering like this? LOL is installed on the ssd and I'm detecting that it doesn't load like always example a mechannical drive is loading a lil bit faster that I do with my SSD on league of legends?

Is it just LoL that has a loading and freezing issue on your SSD? Could be defective, your SSD could be on its way out too.
Otherwise delete LoL and remove all it's registry keys, reinstall and try agian.

I can't imagine the SSD being a bigger source of the issue than memory in this. Run a memtest(built into windows) to verify if it's the memory. Once a game is loaded majority of the data is stored in the ram rather than consistent access to the HDD.

Next options:
Clean install GPU drivers.
Run furmark and monitor with msi afterburner to check for any issues
Run prime or intel burn test

All while checking temps.

Also else fail's you might have a bad power supply.

Back when I had LoL installed it also took longer to load on SSD that 7200rpm, weird but perofrmance was indifferent. I'd recommend troubleshooting via reinstalling LoL on a spinner just in case it is your SSD. Also checking to see if your ram is faulty via memtest is also not a bad idea.

Think the power supply is the issue here its not a quite good one and with some overclock it was giving me issues, now that I'm testing it seems not to be that and since I wrote the post it doesn't random shut down, but definitely there is something not good with my power supply.

lol its definitely not the issue here, I haven't run the memtest but think I got the reason of the problem.
