You can overclock however you want and still have C3 and C6 enabled. I think all you'll need to do is keep your LLC at a low setting. Mine is at 25%, but i have a very different motherboard than yours. For me, using a higher LLC results in me having to disable C3 and C6 in order to avoid instability while idling or under very low loads.
