Well, is there any huge difference between those two?
Like do I see better internet speed going from my router to two PC and a PS3 or not?

Should I get a Cat 6 to connect the modem to the router to make it flow better or what?

Gigabit = 1000 mbps, either cable type should negotiate at this speed (the same speed). Keep in mind while the interface is gigabit, the modem itself can route around 300 mbit of traffic.

Even at 100 mbps sync speed you won't be bottlenecked by your uplink if your ISP package is under 100 mbps.

Oh, okay, thanks mine.
I guess I don't need Cat 6 after all even though it does have less trafficking problems compare to Cat 5e.

Sorry, I didn't even see your question until now. Cat5e is more than sufficient in this case. If you can get Cat6 cheaper, then go for it.
