Got the SSD and HDD connected, they are showing up in BIOS so I am thinking I am ok now lol

My SSD is in port 1 port 2 is empty for another SSD I will add soon, port 3 HDD so all is good!

This crap is hard work, watching videos people make it look soooo easy, first time out it is not that easy, my poor fingertips are raw!

Thanks again everyone, you all are awesome thumb.gif

Electromagnetic fans <3
No ball-bearing mechanism, I fancy them.

And cables, heh. Hide as you can of them though. It gives a super clean feeling.

You're not meant to put the motherboard on the anti-static bag, the outside of it is conductive.

No it is not conductive.

Well, idk if it is conductive or not, I just watched a ton of videos and many say it is safe on the outside of the bag so idk.

System is running great, just waiting for my acrylic for a plate I am doing and then the fans and sleeved cables before I take it partially apart again.

You all were really great last night so thanks again! I really do appreciate it, I was going crazy with bags under my eyes nearly crying and you all saved the day thumb.gif

This first build was a pain in the royal a**, but I think I got the bug, what a reward to have such an awesome system that I am able to have exactly as I want it!

I am now going to redo my son's case and get him up to speed a bit next week too smile.gif

AND btw forget Mac this system blows my Mac out of the water! I am so sorry I ever became a Mac addict

No problem at all and I am glad you like it so much. Yea I agree Mac is so awful and people just dont understand the freedom they get when you can build a computer the way you want and upgrade everything when and how you want.

Anyway we are always here for you just PM if you have problems with your sons build. hahah thumb.gif
