I was wondering if I would able to run this graphics card with my power supply?

My specs
CPU: FX 8150 OCed to 4.2GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60
Motherboard: Asrock 990 FX Extreme 3
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD
Ram: x2 16GB 1600MHz Patriot Memory Entertainment Edition
Fans: x2 140mm, x4 120mm

Yes. That setup will use roughly 300W-380W in a typical gaming load

And to answer the OP, that PSU is more than enough for that setup, you could run 2x 770's in SLI on it.

Yes 850 watts is more then enough you can run 2 cards if you want and still have lots left
