Specific TV finding help please

I have quite specific needs for a tv and haven't been able to find one. Im in the UK to start with and am looking for a led tv with the size being 24" big ideally but can go to 26". It needs to be Full HD and ideally have freeview hd built in. I have seen TV's that size and full hd but they seem to be cheap no name makes and I want good quality. Am prepared to pay upto £400, my ideal make would be Sony or Panasonic but any suggestions would be welcome! biggrin.gif Thanks

A quick Google search turned up these results. Sorry, but none were from your preferred brands.

Thanks but would prefer to pay a bit more and get a higher quality set. My other idea was getting a 24" 1080p monitor and plugging a usb tuner into my htpc which would connect to it but that would be more of a hassle having to turn my htpc on everytime I want to watch tv...

Hmm I have found this LG 24" at 1080p http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/tv-dvd-blu-ray/televisions/small-screen-tvs-up-to-32/lg-24ms53v-smart-24-led-tv-21334487-pdt.html

and this Samsung 22" at 1080p http://www.johnlewis.com/samsung-ue22f5400-led-hd-1080p-smart-tv-22-with-freeview-hd-black/p443239

The Samsung actually looks the better tv with freeview hd, built in wifi and 100mhz frame rate compared to the lg's 60mhz. But im afraid 22" might be to small for me. I'll be sitting about 3m away, my current is a 20" sony bravia and I have to lean forward to read some text on occasions and that's only 720p...

Try searching for panasonic ET5. I have the 42 inch version, it's a ips tv, they make a 32 inch version, not sure about smaller. It's a great tv, i went through a samsung lcd, sony led and a samsung plasma before finally settling on this one. Well under the price it should retail for as well, oh and it's also passive 3d!

Unfortunately Panasonic don't do any 24" full hd TV's. The Samsung I mentioned above would be ideal IF it was 24" will need to contemplate the size a bit more I think.
