you should be able to find a 7950 with a nice nonreference cooler for under $300. so my vote goes for that..

Not sure if this will help your decision but here are the uingine valley results of my MSI GTX 760 at stock 1020/1502 (mild factory OC of 40MHz on the core)

I'll be honest in that I kind of regret not getting a 7950 with the free games since it does appear to be faster OC'd, but I guess I can't complain since I saved $40. If I were you I'd only get the 760 if either you don't care about the free games or the price difference is greater than $30-$40.

IMO id grab the 7950 or grab the Sapphire 7970 for $330.00. They come with 4 free games which is a huge plus.
