Just hit up the support section for your card and they should have a ghz bios for you. If not then grab some from the techpowerup bios archive that works with your card (do a bit of research). There should be a ghz bios for your card on the support page for your card though.
I personally use an older unlocked bios and set the voltage to what I want it for my OC and use less voltage for my 1200mhz than the ghz bios uses for just 1000mhz.

Good choice as the 2GB of RAM would be a dealbreaker for me on the 760. I think the 760 would be something I could consider if it had 3GB of RAM, but not being future proof is a complete no no. I mean I notice my games starting to use more than 2GB of RAM now so if someone is just buying this card they are already behind the curve and soon to be left behind. I really think it was a stupid move for nVidia to not provide enough RAM on this card to be future proof for even a little bit.
