If this thread gets enough good data, I might make a Google Doc and organize all the data so people know what to expect coming to Haswell.

AIDA64 is popular stability test when Haswell show up.
Guys hit one 3.9GHz Turbo on stock cooler Prime95 last and LinX with AVX Edition with All memory.

right been struggling to keep my temps in ceck with my 4770k,

so far most stable i have got

BCLK = 100.2
Ratio = 42
CPU Cache Ratio = 39
Vcore is 1.2v

Prime = 90c
Idle = 42c

Cooling XSPC Raystorm Copper with RX120 and AX240 but i have two 7970 Water blocks in the loop as well, got a 200x400 rad to add when i get all my bits hopping this will reduce temp a tad also have high room temps of 30c don't help things

Case is Antec 1100
Case temp was 30.7

Disaster. Keep that until IB-E show up and than cross on normal platform.
Or even better don't move that from Turbo and keep until Haswell E.
Without stupid Internal Graphic. That is HTPC CPU. Even for that is hot.
He is even hot for little Noctua cooler for HTPC builds.
I'm sorry for god motherboards only, nothing else.
In Serbia all people almost have similar temps as yours.
Even 4.2GHz is sometimes unstable.
That's my temps on 1.325V 4.8-4.9GHz with H100, 600MHz more.
I decide to cross on Extreme and upgrade only on 5 years.
CPU and motherboards on 5 years, GPU on 2.5.

When I see improvement in at least 4-5 things as
DDR3-DDR4
SATA 2-SATA 3
1066-2133
PCie 2.0-PCIe 3.0
USB 2.0-USB 3.0
Only so important upgrades, except that nothing, some instructions, some faster IMC and you need memory expensive as all platform to feel improvement no way any more.
980X is still strong, smart people didn't miss nothing with SB-IB-Haswell, they can cross on Haswell E and still didn't spend lot more than people who upgrade every year or every two on mainstream.
Maximus 6 Extreme, G1 Sniper, .... now are pointless.
100$ for boards and enough for Turbo.
That is and Intel task to kill all around. If he can to kill and Radeon and NVIDIA he would be happy and he to make graphic craps.

Delidding should give me less temps. It's crazy to see such high temps on haswell, since I was coming from Ivy Bridge.

Vcore: 1.2v
VCCIN: 1.8
Vring: 1.2v

LinX, hits around 90c. That's with Swifttech h220, Coolermaster 80mm fans (high rpm)
