Noctua NF-F12.
I recommend this because it is what I use and I'm blown away by how good it is compared to everything else i've used.
Under 1100rpm it's silent other than the air flowing around fan grills.

Fan Speed: 300 ~ 1500 rpm
Airflow: 74.3 ~ 93.4 CFM
Sound Level: 18.6 ~ 22.4 dB

Nf f12,I also like the cougar pwm fans. Much cheaper and also pretty quiet.

Depends on your budget.

I would NOT put $25 fans on a khuler 620 though. The temp/noise difference wont justify the fact that you could almost just buy another 620 for the price.

For an AIO in that price bracket pick up a pair of Rosewill Hyperboreas.
$10 a piece, quiet, good static pressure.
I stuck a pair on my 920 and i saw about a 3 degree decrease in temps and its now dead silent.

Plus, just like the Rosewill RFX-120 they are using high quality parts and are super reliable.
