Need help upgrading my computer

Hello, I currently have a ASUS CM1630

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883220059

I don't do a lot of gaming but I do play Wow and Path of Exile. Mostly I use my computer for school but I am a bit sick of playing my games all on the lowest settings to get a decent FPS. I'm looking for some cheap upgrades so that I can at least play my games at or near high settings. I know I need to upgrade my PSU in order to run a better GPU. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

if your only option is to keep the computer, I think your best best is a very low end graphic card like a 7750 or some thing around there. that computer is really old. the cheapo psu should be fine, unless its like 150w or some other stupidly low number.
