Common occurance of techs to leave the plastic on the heatsink. People on OCN do it too by accident.

and yes i saw that once too, a guy on OCN forgot to remove the sticker which said "remove before use" under the CPU Block.

I've done it before, It can happen when people do something so often it becomes autopilot, PEople are human, We suffer from being human, It's called the human syndrome, We are prone to make the occasional mistake,The problem was fixed easily and fine i'd let the matter drop, Honestly people over-react.
