TTS (Text To Speech) Volume to Low

Thread Starter
One of my simulators uses TTS to inform me of information about the situation in-game, my problem is the volume of the TTS is to low and difficult to hear. I have looked all over but can't seem to find a volume control that affects the TTS only. Is there a way to increase the volume of just the TTS playback with out increasing the volume of everything else?

I don't see a special volume control for it either, but try opening the Volume Mixer (Vista and up) and make sure that the program that is outputting the speech isn't turned down below the other programs.  To open the Volume Mixer, press [Win] + [R] and type "sndvol" and press [Enter].  Normally, all the programs should be at the same volume level.  Note that this won't help if the program that is outputting the speech is also outputting other sounds that are too loud.
