If you're buying a pre-built then you're not going to be wanting to fiddle around with your hardware, so why have it water cooled?
I bet after 3 years there will be a load of complaints saying "Why has my tubing gone a funny colour?" and such because the owner hasn't cleaned and refilled their loop.
