Whats the highest supported processor this mobo can handle? I wanna go Pentium D as they are uber-cheap these days, but I'm not sure this mobo can handle it...Thanks!

It can handle any P4 up to 3.6GHz, I'd get a better motherboard unless you already have that. If you were going to get a CPU + Motherboard what's your budget? Or if you were only going to get a Pentium D how much are you willing to spend?

Best Option:
Asus P5B-Deluxe Motherboard
Intel Pentium D Presler 915 2.8GHz CPU You could easily overclock that Pentium D to 4.0GHz and if you get another 512GB of ram your computer will kick ass.

Well, I already have that one, and was looking to just plug in a better processor, my sig is my current rig and wanted to move up from the Celeron. I've seen Pentium D's in the $100 range all over the place and would like to stay near that...By Pentium 4 does that include the D's or is that P4 only?

That link is kinda goofy though, at the top it says max 800mhz FSB and then right below it states 1066 mhz FSB. And I wasn't sure if P4 was the same as PD
