Are you using the same ram? It might just be a bad stick.

Have you tried to put one stick in the first slot and works fine and the second one next and you get a beep or no display? Sounds like to me one of your DIMM slots are bad to me. Either you will have to deal with the bad DIMM slot or get a new motherboard.

i have got this mother board reapired twice and both time the slot crashed after one or two day. and both ram works fine on left out slot

use one at a time. Try one in each slot and see if that works. If one works fine and the other does not, you have a bad DIMM slot and like I said above, if you want to deal with having a bad DIMM slot and do not want to get another motherboard that's up to you. If not then you'll have to get a new motherboard. All that is up to you from then on

i have already checked the slots as well as ram. one of the slot is not working. when i install a ram in that slot and boot up my display goes blank but computer is booting up. i am hearing startup tune and everything else bt no display. when i install same ram in another slot the dispaly and everything is working fine.
my mobo is still in warranty and i will get it reapired.problem is that it keeps happening as soon as i get the mobo back from warranty and boot it up with both stick. again i will say both ram sticks are working fine.

I'm unsure about the customer law's in your country, but if something is repaired twice and it's still showing the same problem, you should be able to RMA'ing the board and getting a new one since it's still under warranty.

Are you using the on-chip video? I'm almost tempted to say its a problem with the IMC. The only way I know of to test that though is either putting your chip in another board, or another chip in your board.
