Confused over what to use with Centrino Advanced-N 6205 wifi adapter!

Right now I'm using a M5G board and I'd like to use this http://www.computers-canada.ca/store/products/1027014730/62205AN.HMWWB/Intel/ to add wifi functionality to my computer. What cables/antenna's would i need to connect from the wificard to the i/o panel? Preferably if the antennas/cables are cheap!

Short antennas preferred

If you plan to use your mobo's miniPCIe slot, you will need two antennas.

Something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-4G-WIFI-Router-Omni-Antenna-Support-IPX-For-PC-Laptop-/140768645741?pt=US_Directional_Network_Antennas&hash=item20c677126d

But if you have PCIe slots open, it will be easier just to get PCIe wifi card.
Once again...

Well those antennas are rather large they are meant for routers. ones normally found on io ports are usually smaller or are wired to a antenna.

Well i need the cable seperate from the antenna regardless because the antenna and cable are supposed the sandwich between the i/o shield. Like just the SMA cable on one side of the io shield and the antenna on the other side.

What antenna do you recommend then?

EDIT: i guess these would be better suited for my purpose? http://item.mobileweb.ebay.ca/viewitem?index=0&sbk=1&nav=SEARCH&itemId=360668035301

Those are what usually come with motherboards and pci-e card so should work better.
