Have small hands, Need recommendation for a gaming mice.

I could had used search, but I will just add this here.
I have really small hands, probably because I'm Chinese. I am currently using a XL-750BK as a mouse, however I find it too big and uncomfortable.

Things I look for in a mouse.
1. MAX DPI up to at least 3600 or more.
2.A easy to press DPI button able to switch between my DPI choice. At least 3 settings, e.g when I press button 1, DPI setting 1. I press the button again: DPI setting 2 etc. At least able to choose how many settings I want. I want 3 settings, one at 3500 dpi, one at 1100 dpi, one at 520 dpi.
3. My hands gets very sticky sometimes, its very annoying so I want a mouse texture that is maybe sand paper? Something like that, that covers the whole mouse.
4. I do not want any rubber texture of any kind, rubber gets uncomfortable when my hands sweat.
5. I want a small mouse, and I mean really small!
6. I prefer to have 1 side button near my thumb, 2 is alright but 1 is best.
7. My grip, I would say a mixture of Claw and palm. (but mostly palm)

So currently I had done some research, I had taken a look at the G9X, but I'm not sure if the texture is really sweat proof or if its too big. My main concern is whether if its really good for sweaty hands, especially the middle front bit.

If you can cope with not having 3500 dpi, Zowie mice have a 1150 dpi step and are rather small. Otherwise... Razer Abyssus?

The CM storm spawn maybe? 3 DPI presets, 7 buttons, made for claw grip.

I change my mind, also that cm storm has rubber on the sides which I dislike.
My grip is palm now, all else applies. For DPI I want a mouse having at least 3600 DPI or more.
