Turning an X20 750 into a bay res.

So I have a spare X20 750, it is the V4 nylon model. I basically want to remove the pump and use it as a big bay res. The problem is, there are two holes that need to be sealed. One is smooth, around the size of a penny, and the other is about the same size as a G1/4 port. I'm not sure how to seal these holes. I thought about using some epoxy, such as Loctite Epoxy Plastic Bonder, but it is not recommended for prolonged submersion in water. Does anyone know what I could use?

Got the pump out and plugged it with some aquarium caulk. It's been sitting filled with water for the past week, and it hasn't leaked a drop. Now I have a nice bay res for my pump upgrade.
