So over the past 2 weeks I have decided to update my computer and brought some new parts.

Old build:

I7 2600k cpu (water cooled with a koolance 370 block)
16gb ram (pc1700 ripjaws 4 sticks of 4)
gigabyte z77 sniper 3 motherboard
2 intel SSD 180gb in raid 0
1 wd 3tb hard drive
3 Radeon 6970's (1xfx, 2 Msi) all 3 6970 are water cooled with EK blocks on them.)
1 Asus dcii 6950
3 samsung syncmaster 27‘‘1920 x 1080 monitors
corsair k90 keyboard
alienware tactx mouse
Mora 3 pro radiator
2 koolance 450s pumps with speed controllers.

new build:

I7 2600k cpu (water cooled with a koolance 370 block)
16gb ram (pc1700 ripjaws 4 sticks of 4)
gigabyte z77 sniper 3 motherboard
2 intel SSD 180gb in raid 0
3 Tb western digital hard drive.
2 pny nvidia 780 with koolance blocks on them
3 Qnix QX2710 evo II 27'' 2560 x 1440 monitors

corsair k90 keyboard
alienware tactx mouse
Mora 3 pro radiator
2 koolance 450s pumps with speed controllers.

so got everything and got to work this weekend; drained & cleaned my loop, replaced my tubes, slapped on the koolance blocks on the 780 installed everything and I was good to go. or so I thought. upon starting the system with the 780's I got a post error ''b2'' which I then search the manual of the Sniper 3 motherboard and noticed this particular code is not listed... great :-( I now turn to google for a search which didnt give me information on my board but others with similar messages and didnt get into specifics.

so I begin to take out 1 780 and ty 1 card in different slots to see if that would work.
no luck :-(

I try replacing the cables that are on the monitor connecting to the card.
no luck :-(

I tried removing all memory and just stick in 1 stick at a time to check for memory issues.
no luck :-(

I tried popping out the cmos battery & resetting cmos from switch.
no luck :-(

I tried taking out the 780 installing the 6950 and I then get a post error message of ''Ab''
also not listed but I figured out this is a issue with the bios on the 6950 so I flipped the switch on the card and managed to get it to work.

so I go back to a 780 open and check to see if block is placed on correctly and it was. a bit too much thermal used but I cleaned it and replaced it with a different type. Try the card again and...
No luck :-(

so I am stuck with 2 brand new 780 that give me a ''b2'' error message & 2 Qnix screens I have yet to test :-(

is there anything I forgot to try for the cards or can anyone tell me what ''b2'' means?
