Greg

this.

If its between the two, I would suggest the 4S. Apple's mobile OS is fantastic ; more stable and efficient.

I mean, if it was Iphone 5 vs GS3, I'd go GS3.....but its not.

The 4S wins here, unless you can get a more high end phone.

If you're bored of fixing bugs yourself and crashes then iOS is quite clearly the route to take

@hammong
Truth to be told this is the first time in past 6 years that he actually gave us the list and chance to pick up the phone instead of just bringing random useless phones so i had to drag laptop and camera along - the thing i use the most at work.
If there were other phones i'd certainly go for something more "high end".

In 2 months my private contract will end and i will replace N4 with either S4 (hopefully they will get rid of lag issues) or what ever decent comes out.

Simplicity out of the box without any major tweaks is good thing but i doubt win 8 is far from iOS in that field?

I just need camera to be a bit better than it is on my nexus and skype not crashing constantly and getting into signing in loop after that...

Since I've owned a Windows Phone 8 I can tell you it is not as stable or simple as iOS.

Addressing your Nexus 4, what version of android is it running

I would say 4s, mainly because there will be support around for it for a long time yet, also, iOS7 is on the horizon and the device as a whole, will probably meet all your needs. iOS, with an app store containing a selection of over 1,000,000 apps, you'll have plenty of useful stuff to choose from that will all run on your phone, as opposed to the 100/200,000 apps on the WP8 store. I'm not slating Win8 because it's decent, I use Win8 desktop at home, but when it comes down to usability, stability and support, Apple iPhone wins every time.

For a work phone get the 4s. Insane battery life (I topped at 72 hours on one charge), flawless stability, smartphone functionality. Audio quality is very good. Just don't break the screen, it takes like an hour to replace, very tedious.

To me, work phone needs flawless stability and good battery life.

The Lumia 920 is awesome (no frame drops, fluid UI) but due to some inherent stability and/or battery life complaints I can't recommend it as a work phone.
